A two-night advance deposit is required to secure your room reservation. Depsoits are applied to the last two nights of your confirmed room reservation. (If you are staying less than 2 nights please contact reservations@indiahotelnainital.com to find out about booking deposit). Payment can be made via an online transfer, credit card, money order or draft. Your deposit is fully refundable, if cancellation is received more than 5 days prior to arrival. One night's deposit will be refunded for cancellations done between 2-5 days prior to arrival. There will be no refund for cancellations received less than 48 hours prior to arrival. A govt issued id is necessary to check in to the hotel. Our check-in time is 12:00 pm and check-out time is 10:00 am. However, should there be an early arrival or a late departure, we will try and accommodate you, subject to room availability. The hotel also reserves the right to charge for the entire duration of stay, in the event of an early departure.
No more than 2 Children under 12 years may be accommodated in the same room as parents at no extra cost. Children under 18 years of age are not allowed to stay alone in the hotel. If an extra bed is required, the same would be provided at an additional cost.
